Share Your Survey Experience

Enjoy, explore and contribute to our community....a living library of land surveying which is not controlled by 3rd party interests- it is controlled by you, the surveyor. No one else in the world aside from our community members catalogs changes in the surveying industry. No one else collects, curates and showcases the importance of land surveyors to society for future generations to learn from and to promote public awareness of this importance. It takes just a few moments per week to curate a rock solid legacy in surveying but every minute you spend sharing your experience will breathe ten years of life into the profession.

  • Good morning, Mr. Haynes.

I recently joined LSU. my name is John E. Hooper. I came to PA from Houston TX, 05/2007 to work on several pipeline survey projects in PA. I currently reside in York,PA where I moved last year after the Pipeline Survey biz cratered. have been unemployed since November, and am actively looking for morre work on any upcoming pipeline survey projects coming up in South-Central PA. While in Houston, Tx I was a top-level control and geodetic survey party chief, attempting to get registered as a Texas RPLS. I have an Associate Science in Public Land Surveying from the University of Arkansa. The website here is excellent and it is a long-overdue tribute to the profession. Nice to meet you.
