Can you please guide me how to make the topographic surveying cost estimation if anybody have some sample estimate calculations and topographic surveying work output standard please share for my study.

These are the data you need:
a. Efficiency(output) of your unit say here in the philippines a detailed topo survey will took you an average of 2.5 has. for total station per day and 10 has. per day for GPS-survey grade( for areas with good signal only).
b. Equipment rental or maintenance, still should be resolve in daily basis say P2,000/ day or $45/day.
c. No. of person working say i instrument man and two field or rod man. Total salary per day
d. Car rental and fuel.
e. Meal allowances and risk pay if necessary.
f. Board and lodging
g. Mobilization and demobilization, this should not be computed in daily basis as this can be done weekly or as project completion, included here are Car/ vehicle, fuel, Plane ticket salary for workers and other forseen expenses.
