Kevin, good point.  Which geodetic corrections should be applied to resolve the vertical difference?  We can not know unless we know how far apart the points are.

Abrar, the cosine of the vertical angle multiplied by slope distance should solve the equation.  If not, please let me know.

Abrar,

I understand you require an explanation to "if two difrent elevations are given then how we celculate distance".

Are you asking how to calculate horizontal distance between two points of elevation with a known slope distance? 

If so, I can answer that, but I am not certain that you are asking that, since you are an experienced professional.
