This version features quadrant bearing input and output.
Angles and bearings are input in D.mmss format.
Bearings are input prefixed by a quadrant code (1 NE, 2 SE, 3 SW, 4 NW).

This looks like a great program.Ā I am having trouble with turning angles.Ā Everything I've seen suggests a bearing for direction.Ā How do you turn an angle from setup point and backsight point?Ā Essentually, what are the codes for turning stakeout angles?
