Land Surveyor

Hi, I'm looking for advice on what software is available for a UK land surveyor. Currently I am capturing ground points via total station and GNSS VRS& using Civil 3D to output the survey results. The output is the DWG with the TIN surface, Countors, lines, symbals etc.

I’ve spent 3 years learning Civil 3D and I’m happy with it, although it always seems to be battling me, by changing something every time I open it! However, I am only using 30% of its features and so is working out to be very expensive. Civil 3D LT would be perfect if there was such a thing!
What software would you suggest that I could take a look at that would be more suitable to a small survey company who are not involved in designing civil works such as creating roads, pipe, alignments etc?
Thanks

O
