  • I went to Brazil a few etoryears back and they have no name for land surveyor.

  • German: Vermessungsingenieur

    • vermessungsingenieur... wow.. how to pronounce that

  • Dutch= landmeter or topograaf

  • Malaysia=jurukur tanah
  • Estonia=maamõõtja
  • Russia=геодезист [geodezist]
    • Sri Lankan= minindoruwa (මිනින්දෝරුවා)
  • here are some other translations of the word "land surveyor"

    Finnish=maa maanmittari
    Yiddish=ערד ערדמעסטער
    Arabic=مساح الأراضي

      In Portuguese we say "Topógrafo or Geómetra" The word "agrimensor" its a Luso-Brasilien Word.

Autocad civil 3d Pland & Profile sheets scale problem on A4 paper

Dear All,                  I am facing problem while creating Plan & Profile and Cross Section Sheets on A4 Paper in Imperial templates. Can any body help me to solve this problem. I want to show 3200 foot Plan and profile on A4 sheet. I tried all scales but graphics displays too big in plan and profile sheets.
