And folks, that's an EASY one!  Try doing it in a frozen gravel road.  First make a pilot hole with a frost pin; remove frost pin (not as easy as it may seem); pound rebar, which is considerably longer than the pilot hole, with a 12-pound maul for about 10 minutes.  Take turns with your partner - you will need a break before it is buried 6 inches.
