Navigation math is a hobby, I recently procured a vintage ASTRO*ROM for my HP41 and many of the web links in hour angle method link here.

I am not a surveyor but I am self studied in celestial navigation, avigation, and orbital mechanics. My masters work (in robotics) included coordinate transformation mathematics.
