I've been surveying in the intermountain northwest all my career. Idaho, Montana and Wyoming are the only states I;ve worked.
As I write, not much going on in southwestern Idaho. The economy is dead. I started a small survey business which brings in a little revnue but not enough. I have been searching for a job with another firm that has enough work to keep a surveyor on the pay roll for awhile. But, haven't found it. Anyway, I hope all the unemployed surveyors out there are doing ok.
