Mr. Neville has over 30 years experience working in the Surveying and Land Development industry in Northern Virginia and in the District of Columbia, preceded by two years experience in heavy construction in England and 8 years management experience in the Oil and Gas exploration industry in various parts of the world, including steering directionally drilled wells down to 24,000 feet.
Mr. Neville has a technical background heavy in high order control surveys, in support of major construction projects, for example; The Superconducting Super Collider in Dallas, Texas and two bridge construction projects in the United Kingdom, together with providing GPS control networks for large-area mapping projects in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Nebraska and local mapping projects in several other states. Mr. Neville has considerable experience in boundary determination and topographic surveys. Mr. Neville has particular experience in preparing ALTA Surveys of large commercial properties in high value urban locations.
