Good morning Jacek: I randomly picked your name from the Swedish surveyors website. Anyway, my name is William Gene Anberg as you can see from my profile. I am of Swedish descent as my Grandfather and Grandfather immigrated to the US in the early 1900's under the name of Andersson and for some unknown reason changed our name to Anberg. My primary reason for contacting you is for help. I began shopping for a used Leica GPS System 1200 and found one at Teoexpo in Jarfalla, Sweden. When this system was received and several unsuccessful attempts were made for full operation, I returned it via United States Postal Service. When I advised the salesperson whom I was dealing with at Teoexpo that the equipment would not work and was being returned, all communication with Teoexpo was halted and they have been unreachable now for the past three weeks. My concern is that Teoexpo has not returned my $8,950.00 US. My question – is Teoexpo a legitimate business? Their website Teoexpo.com indicates that they are in full operation selling used survey equipment. I do not wish to burden you with an answer to this question and if you do not wish to reply, I will understand. I'm looking for a little help to begin the arduous task of getting my money returned. Thank you Jacek.
