I don't check login too often sorry about that, but since I have a friend now I'll try to more often. I'm still in school for Civil Engineering Tech. in Iowa. I'm learning alot and also have experience from a coop from this past summer, with the oldest licence land surveyor in my area. Very very challenging at first. I am in search of the six surveying methods that's has been used, in different states or countries as well, as an assignment.

Hi Eric,

Hows are you going?

Just visited your site mate and I see that you use AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009, as do I in conjunction with CivilCAD 6.

Just wondering how you find it as far as volumes go, and if you know how to get a decent volume report out of it?
I only seem to be able to get about 3 lines in the command window... which is not very convincing when clients want to see how you arrived at a figure.
I think it is great for Cut to Fill drawings etc, just looking to get a decent report out of it. Any ideas?

Cheers
Darren
