"I used a similar method many years ago. The plexiglass had a cross scored into the surface from edge to edge so that reference marks can be made on the floor so that it can be repositioned later in the same place. As for plumbing up, just rememberâ€¦"

"The column is 8m, the box is a shutter for the concrete to pour the colmn, but they dont have a single box to pour the entire column in a single go. They have a box only 6.4m long, which will be the first pour of the column. Once this has set, theâ€¦"

"The best is to make a ratio of 8 to 6.4, which is 80%. So what ever the dimensions are for the 8m column, multiply but .8 to get the dimensions for a 6.4m box."

"I have read a few of the links, no one seems to mention an optical plummet. A specialised piece of equipment for transferring points vertically, something like a Wild ZL or NL. (Ask uncle google) I used one on 28 story building to establish controlâ€¦"

"I would reobserve the stations with GPS, as the leica will be more accurate. perhaps one station has a bad GPS value."
