Trigonometrical Point

Broken of top part of the granite pillar of a trigonometrical point. The triangle is clearly visible, this used to be the Northern side. On the other (Southern) side it is marked "TP" (Trigonometrischer Punkt) according to the regulations and on the top (now left side) there is a cross to mark the point. These points where monumented with an granite pillar set over a granite slab as subsurface marker. After GPS became available, these monuments were not maintained any longer, so many of them where disturbed or went missing; but the subsurface marker remains in the ground.
