Hello All,
I am trying to connect my Allegro CX which is in its cradle to Windows Mobile Device Center with Windows 10 and nothing I try or search seems to work. Anybody have this problem and if so have you found a fix? Any input would be much appreciated.

I had the same problem. Used the wifi on my phone and sent the file to my phone then emailed it. A work around. Had to send the dc in and they fixed my USB and it works fine now.

The same problems apear with one satlab SL55 , that work only bluetooths comunication, so the problems is maybe in windows sistem,...
No fixes just an end around. I use a carlsonĀ surveyor 2. Works well with other computers. I am sure the problems lies with windows 10. Carlson should put out an update to remedy this. Not sure the reason for the delay. Anyway, i just use a usbĀ drive to transfer. seems archaic. Really like toĀ bluetooth over.
I have been using the bluetooth for file transfers but it was suggested from the tech guys at Juniper to use the cradle. It is supposed to hook up right away and a screen pop up that shows everything on my DC and I could then drag/drop all files to/from the DC. I am sure it is a windows 10 issue and the older technology of the Allegro CX isn't compatible anymore. Thanks for the reply.
Don't have an answer, but I'm having the same problem with a TSC2 and mobile device center on windows 7....I have one TSC2 that hooks up no problem, but can't get my other one to connect....I have this posted on here also, there might be some ideas for you there....
