The first thing to try is to reboot your data collector.  If that doesn't work delete the bluetooth pairing and re-pair.  If your collector is not seeing your R8, reboot the receiver.  The following link will explain how to reboot your receiver properly.

Also go into windows, settings, connections, bluetooth and make sure it is visible to all gadgets....

@Ronald, thanks for you suggestion but I dont think the problem is with data collector, as I tirend with another DC and got the same result

Hello Kris,

Thanks for your replay, I did that, but when I delete the Bluetooth link, the R8 is no loger found when searching for it, I even tried with another DC, no result, so I think its a hardware issue, my be the bluetooth adapter is damaged. the cable connexion is still working.

HAve you tried to flash the firmware in your R8?  Sometimes that can fix issues.  It's kind of a last ditch.  I agree your bluetooth module is probably going out.

What Link?

An hard reset on your controller can solve the problem.

@José, Thanks, I did it and even tried another DC, no reslut

Try the recommendations already explained above. If it fails you can work via cable after removing your device from the blue tooth link.

You will need to send the receiver to the dealer for repair.

@Edmore, I tried all the suggestions above, no sucess, I think its a hardware issue with the bluetooth adapter in the R8, Radio and cable connexion still work but no bluetooth, I tried to connect to bluetooth adapter in Winflash I got and "unexpected error" it couldnt connect to it to check status, so I think the Bluetooth card is damaged.
