Hello,
You need to uninstall it and re-install it again, if that does not resolve the issue, then uninstall it, clean the registry using CCleaner from piriform.com with the "clean all" option and re-install again, if that still does not work you need to reload windows from scratch and re-install everything again, I know it is a hassle but I have found to be the best way to resolve software issues like that one you are having, Windows have a magical way to corrupt the registry with their updates every once in a while and one day you find a program not working that worked fine the day before.
TBC is out....no way I would pay that much....the program came on this morning, I minimized it and will leave the computer on or go into sleep mode....yeh, I tried cleaning everything out and reinstalling the TGO and the coordinate system manager....if I shut the computer down and it won't come back up then I will probably go to a Compter tech and see what he says....seems like it started after a Windows update or some type of hiccup on my computer...who knows, PITA...thanks everyone...
I totally agree with Fernando Camaraza Jr. When everything else fails, re-install windows from scratch. No other way but yeah, its your last solution.
update your firmware and software. Maybe you have to upgrade to Trimble Business Center. Cost is around $10,000.00 Canada for a license.
no, you don't need to upgrade to tbc. I had the same problem, I don't remember how I fix it, I think I reinstall the Coordinate System Manager but I'm not sure... now it's working.
