Regional Survey Manager - PLS

Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Phoenix, Arizona

Our client is seeking a Regional Survey Manager (Civil – Land Design) to join their team in their Scottsdale, AZ and Eden Prairie, MN offices.  Our client has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing land surveying projects within potentially several industries, including wind and solar energy, and residential and commercial development
  • Working with field survey crews and office technicians to develop a high-performing team
  • Creating relationships with clients and managing projects to meet schedule and budget goals
  • Collaborating with staff in multiple locations/offices to accomplish complex, fast paced projects
  • Implementing project Safety and Quality Control protocols

 
Required Experience:

  • Professional Land Surveyor in Arizona or the ability to obtain PLS Certification quickly.
  • 5+ years of combined field and office experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience performing ALTA/NSPS, boundary, and topographic surveying and construction staking
  • Experience creating project proposals and managing budgets and schedules
  • Ability to interact with multiple service disciplines and project teams
  • Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Business Development experience is a plus

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
Bonus Opportunities available based on new business acquired.
