or any body who needs one.there are several version.
Dear Sir,
When you select the import export tab, select custom format. The box will open up with the formats that are available to use. You have to do this or else you only download the coordinates. Hope this helps.

The best I've done in a similar situation is to import the RAW, but whenever I shoot a backsight I also treat it as a foresight so it will be included in the imported data.
I broke down and bought the other proprietory software and bounce between the two.
