People will use us for Lidar and simply require us to submit all raw etc. for review
I've used CAD services before and the results were not as good as doing it ourselves. I think that you need to have the same attitude as when recruiting a new member of staff. A bit of guidance , clear instructions on what is expected and patience is required. I'd be interested in hearing some other thoughts.
