Hello friendsi have a viva gnss GS14, wich stop tracking satellites , I would like to re-intiate the measurement engine, does anybody here know how we do that??Thanks

    Hold both buttons down simultaneously for 10 seconds. All lights will flash 4 times together. This will reset the system ram. Should work fine after that.
    • Hello Matt, Thanks, I triend soft and hard reset no reslut, When I connect to it with the web server I noticied my GS14 current date is 01/02/2009!!

    I had the same problem with one of the GS15 receiver not to track satellite . I tried to configure it as base buT didn't track any satellite, same as in rover configuration. Any can help us please

    What is stop? Rover o Base???
    • The Rover unit stops tracking satellites. the base is still working though they have the same firmware version 4.60

      PS: I cant update the frimware as my unit is no loger covered by a curent maintenance
