When I export a file from the Trimble TSC2 data collector. I cannot save it as an Ascii file. I generally save it as a .csv file with attributes. Then convert to a job file in Forsight. Does anyone know of another way to export a file from the TCS2. I did a copy and paste also. It says it is a .job file but will not open for my office to manipulate.

rename the .csv to .txt or .asc or copy and paste to a usb drive, you can tap/hol on a file in the tsc and rename it

Hello this is my first help answer so be easy with me :)

.csv file is asci file wheare columns are separated by comma. So when you export your file right click on file then open with and select notepad. In notepad you can in edit menu chose replace in first text field set comma and second field set number of spaces and djust save as text file. I hope this was helpful.

Best regards

PS sory for my bad english
