Show us why the public should always call a land surveyor

Where are you surveying?

Details of a land acquired by some means of satallite or remote data collectors over a private land ,without permission is Some kind of trespassing, just as the boundary rights of Countries. We as surveyors use some satallite data to produce plans without permission from the owner, may be for leagal purposes or otherwise,we are committing ourself? How you feel about this?

  • Is this the joke discussion? What you are saying is that anytime you take a photo of someone's person or property that is trespassing? or assault if their person? Maybe if you draw a circle representing the Earth, you have just trespassed on every country in the world? You might be trespassing in the act of collecting data (drone?) if the person had balloons every 200' with "no trespassing signs" or you are over the property within the legal airspace of a particular nation with such laws. Ā I'm sure Cuba could pass such laws, but I dont believe the US would recognize them. Ā There is a book out that states every American commits 20 felonies every day. Besides here in California, surveyors have the expressed right to trespass to perform their job.

    • Photography and data collected by a surveyor to produce a document is not the same.
If I do a survey of your land and details by refletorless TS from outside of your property without your knowledge, though I have not entered the land I think I am answerable.
(If sombody to collect data to file a case over something inside your property)
Mind you some countries people do not like looking directly at them being a stranger.
      HUMAN RIGHTS!
