International Land Surveyors Week 2018 Info

This my first post so apologies for the subject matter!!

So this is unfortunately a first for me having been surveying for around 17 years...I was working in Croydon on friday doing a small topographic survey when a car pulls up, out jumps a man and picks up my tripod with leica TS06 attached, chucks it in the back of the car and drives off!!
I have of course reported this to the police but am not massively hopeful of any result.
The serial number is 1403482 and the reg of the car is GL54CWM
In the unlikely event that anyone hearsor knows anything please let me know asap.
It has completely screwed me over, I was almost finished with the survey but of course have lost the data and now have to return to site to do the whole thing again.

Wow... welcome but sorry to hear this...can't stand a thief!  Hope you get it back!

Hi Survenator

Thanks for the response. I'm hoping for a bit of luck but not holding out much hope to be honest, feel like life's given me a good kick the bollocks!

But hey ho, onwards and upwards, at least I wasn't physically damaged during the incident!!
